Each Legion taproom boasts a menu rich with seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, curated by Executive Chef Gene Briggs, who fosters strong relationships with local purveyors and mentors our chefs to ensure top-notch quality and service. With menus that change seasonally and vary by location, there's always something new to discover. We believe in craftsmanship and that the details matter, which is why even our cooking equipment is carefully chosen to enhance flavor.
